Insider activation - Replacing cpu and gpu?

Upgrading my i7 950 and 6870 to a x5660 and gtx 780. Will these changes affect the insider activation?

Possibly, but if the motherboard and enough other parts are staying the same it should be fine.

Well the graphics card from a certain warehouse was a dud but i'll update when I find another :/
