Where do you get your inspiration from? Looking at sites like awwwards.com and even on template sites like themeforest etc. Everything looks to be cutting edge or big image driven sites. Which is all good. But when a small local business comes to you for a site redesign of there early 90's fencing company or something similar that doesnt and cant be flashy where do you look?
Also been watching some videos on youtube of wordcamps and other technet type meets ups. Is there anythink like this were web designer/devs get together in the UK in the north?
