My parents - I have always looked up to them.
Bruce Lee - bringing martial arts to the mainstream.
Sammo Hung (my favourite) - proving fat people can be make better martial artists than skinny people! and the fact he is one of the greatest producers/directors/choreographers in cinema history imo.
Jackie Chan - cinema icon and MA genius.
Gandhi - standing up for what he believed in.
Martin Luther King - as above.
Lance Armstrong - overcoming his illness and achieving his goals.
they are just the ones of the top of my head.

No it was his fingers, he got severe frostbite and his surgeon told him he'd have to wait 4-6 months till the ends of his fingers died off. The pain was excruciating so he went into town, bought a microhacksaw blade and "trimmed" his fingers.KaHn said:

A personal inspiration to me. The Tibetan leader forced to flea a number of years ago by the Chinese after their full on occupation of the country.
