Just ordered a 12month code off this site which is appearing as the top sponsored link at the moment when typing "xbox live codes" into Google.

I paid on my credit card so should I be able to get my money back?

Fell foul of this company as well for some live points. I've reported it to my credit card company and they've started the chargeback process.

Johnnytoxic - just report it to your card company and they'll suspend the amount and send you the relevant forms.

Everyone else, avoid this company like the plague, I was stupidly trusting because it used a credit card rather than PayPal payment. I should've checked them out online as there are now masses of complaints.
