Install freezing

not sure if this is a hardware or software fault or if it should even be in the gaming section so feel free to move if necessary.

basically purchased crysis 3 thru origin early this morning and now for the last 3 hours its been stuck on the finalizing update message. restarts etc dont seem to fix this should i just delete the folder and start again??

Do you get this happening when you click on Play?

Origin fails in so many ways in my mind.
I only use it for BF4 and even then avoid if I can.

Never had any problems with Origin. Bought Dead Space 2 and 3 at the weekend and was unable to play either of them. Long story cut short, it seems I have a software conflict with something installed on my current OS. But a quick install on a partition and only Origin with the DS Trilogy installed, all is fine.
Origin is just as good or bad as any of the other game clients, in my experience.

@OP, if you still have the same problem after installing, try a Torrent d/load and install in your Origin folder. Or just use the latest update, Skidrow or Reloaded, this may help.

By any chance do you have Teamviewer running?
It plays havoc with BF4 if I'm using DX11 and maybe a cause of the above?
