Install monitor

I know a few people who constantly install new software, though with installing software they find good programs, they do however come across programs that do not like to uninstalled.

Is there any programs someone can recommend that can properly remove programs or monitor installations?

Preferably free, but cheap alternatives welcome to.

Yes i know it does, but that means i have to send hours trawling through programs, which is the whole point of having a monitor, so i don't have to worry about program installs clogging up the system since i'll be able to monitor what they do.

I was looking for someone to recommend any good programs they've used and do what i'm after......

I can but hope....

Start -> Control Panal -> Add/Remove Programs
