To install as a primary OS?
RTM if its legal, the RC will stop working at some point next year anyway.
If you have preordered it you can install the RTM and re-arm it for 120 days even even if you dont have a CD key at the moment then in October use the valid CD key without needing to reinstall (see that other thread you posted in).
If you have a valid License, IE: you have a MSDN or TechNet Plus subscription (it was released to them on the 6th, see here: http://windowsteamblog.com/blogs/developers/archive/2009/08/06/windows-7-rtm-go-get-it.aspx ), then go for RTM. Completely. End of story.
Now if you _DON'T have a valid license key, go with the RC until Windows 7 comes out to retail (October 22nd). Then reinstall to the retail version.
