Install windows from laptop to PC via ethernet

I have windows XP laptop, is there anyway I can install Windows 7 on a pc via ethernet crossover, I think it would be called a network install, if I can do it like this how would I do it?

I should say that I have tried to install via USB and although it allows for a USB boot in the bios it doesn't want to boot from the USB, it just bypasses, now the same USB stick with Win 7 will install via USB on other PC's but this motherboard just doesn't seem to want to install via USB..

You need to have Windows Server installed.

So, forget it.

Chuck Windows onto a Flash drive and be done.

Oh, not with a USB Disk?
Have you tried different sticks?
Have you tried wiping the HD so that it cannot go to the HD to boot? That may force it to boot from the USB?
