Hi there,

I am on 10.5 lepoard, Macbook..

Right, i was just wondering, you know the webcam "isight"....can it be used in any msn messenger? I am using the official mac MSN messenger now, but surely there is got to be a way around this, without installing Windows XP on another partition...

doesn't work I'm afraid, think the Mac Skype client can use it though

aMSN gives a white screen thats all, is been posted all over the net too..

Bootcamp ONLY allows you to install (dual boot) Windows os, no individual programs right?

Theres a new official Mac client in the works that supports webcams I think. Dont know when its out though, early next year.

Yes, only dual boot. But you could run Windows in a VM and use Live messenger that way I suppose.

That would be pretty cool. Just so long as it works. Hopefully they won't load it with adverts which is one of the main things I like about the current MSN client.

I won't be buying Office so hopefully it will be available as a download from day 1.

Oh, and while I'm here.. they're dropping the price to £100 now AND if you've bought the full price Office:2004 suite then you can upgrade to Office 2008 for the price of P&P.

Full Office suite? I have 2004 Student Edition, don't suppose that qualifies.
