Install XP Home eee PC

I am about to install Windows XP Home on a EEE PC (2GB) and would like advice.

I plan to format the drive and then use a stripped version of windows created by nlite to install.

I also have a 320GB usb drive

Should I put windows on this or the 2 GB drive ?

For reference if anyone is interested, I installed XP on my Aspire One using this handy video tutorial

Worked first time for me and it should work for Eee PC, too.
