    Please remember that any mention of competitors, hinting at competitors or offering to provide details of competitors will result in an account suspension. Install

Check power cable is plugged in properly at the PSU and GPU.

Make sure the card is seated properly in the PCI-E slot.

Check that cable between monitor and card is fitted properly and in good condition.

Make sure the bios on your motherboard is up to date.
 
What's the full system specs? Did you have an old GPU you upgraded from or was it the onboard IGP? Does it still work without the 1060?
