I wasn't sure where to put this, anyways, I put my Steam folder on my HDD as to save space on my SSD for games that required it etc, so CS:S can go on my normal HDD, but BF3 on the SSD if you get me. But it seems that Steam has installed games wherever it likes. I was just wondering if I can change the default installation file? Or can I do it on installation? Thanks guys. And apologies if this is in the wrong place.

you can move steam games like you would normally moving a folder and then make mklinks to the new location in the steam folder.

I've disabled both the pagefile and hibernation to save space. Hardly anyone put's their gaming rig into hibernation anyway and with 8gig of ram you don't really need a pagefile*

* - Some people will disagree but disabling it has done me no harm.

This may sound a little stupid, but how do I turn Hibernation off, I tried the cmd thing I found on Google, but it says I don't have admin privileges, even though I do?

Start > All Programs > Accessories > "right click" on Command Prompt > Run as Administrator

Then perform the command again.
