Well this is a weird one.
I originally had 2 Gigabyte 7950, overclocked with Afterburner (voltages, core the lot, no issues). I sent one back as it developed a fault, and so ran with a single card for a month.
I have just installed a second identical card, but now have no voltage control in AB, and absolutly no monitoring either barring GPU use. Even GPU-Z hardly gives me anything on the new card.
Now here is where things get strange. If I uninstall al the AMD drivers and reboot (windows installs the basic drivers) then suddenly AB kicks into life and I get full control and monitoring on the second card. But as soon as I reinstall 12.11 things go back to how they were.
I have tried removing all trace of AB from the system and reinstalling, but nothing. Forcing unofficial support with this: http://forums.guru3d.com/showthread.php?t=359671 gives me control back, but introduces hilarious screen tearing, and then reverts back to not working on reboot.
I have tried AB 2.2.4 and 2.3
Any ideas?
