Installed iOS 6.1.2 lost all my apps and photos! Help?

What a pain this has been is there a way to restore my apps and stuff?

Yeah it shows my apps in storage and backup on the cloud but how do I restore them to my phone?

Il try again with iTunes but it crashed during the install I think and I just got the apple sign flashing on and off. Complete pain. Might have to manually install everything again.

Well I lost all my photos and music and stuff. Very annoyed. I tried signing in then out, I tried backups and restores.. Nothing worked. In the end I had to download most of the apps again. But I've still lost my photos and music.

That's exactly what I did. Such a pain. I'm gonna jailbreak it now.
