Installed new gpu now keyboard does not work

Got a problem that's driving me mad. Just taken out a 1070 Asus strix and put in an evga 1070 but now my corsair keyboard won't register any keystrokes, it lights up but that's all, mouse works fine, any advice.

My Corsair K70 has two USB connections, one for the Keyboard, one for lighting etc, you haven't forgotten to plug one back in, asumming yours does too have you?

I've also mistakenly moved the small switch at the rear of my K65 when moving things around - that was a head-scratcher for a couple of hours

All working now, had to plug in and restart while holding the esc key, don't know why it lost connection because of fitting gpu though.
