Today I received delivery of a new Sapphire Fury Nitro to replace my old but working 7950, but have not had any luck getting it to work.
Here are my PC specs:
Motherboard: Gigabyte Z77X-D3H
CPU: Intel i5-3570k
RAM: Corsair XMS3 8GB (2x4GB) DDR3
Grahpics Card: Sapphire Radeon Fury NITRO
Monitor: BenQ XL2411Z
PSU: Corsair HX520
When I turn on the PC I can see all the fans spinning up. I see the blue light on the dual bios switch, but I get no signal to the monitor. This was connected over DVI. I also tried connecting to my TV over HDMI and had the same issue.
After I removed the graphics card and reset the CMOS battery on the motherboard, I get a signal from the onboard grahpics. Put the graphics card back in and it stopped working again (with the card in I get no signal from either the graphics card or the onboard graphics).
I suspect it may be that my power supply can't handle it, but the overclockers store page says 500W or greater PSU. Mine is 520W. Any thoughts?
