Installed PCI-E USB 3 Hub Now Front USB3's Dont Work!!

I have installed a 4 Port USB3 PCI-E Hub as need more USB3 sockets, but since install the hub i have noticed that thr 2 USB 3 sockets on the front of my PC no longer work. Have looked in device manager an there are no exclamation or question marks against any of the USB devices, would installing a USB3 hub cause such an issue??

Make sure you haven't disturbed the cable connecting the front mounted sockets to the motherboard.

Uninstall the hub. If the front mounted sockets work again you know what the problem is.
