Everything seems ok for now but when it asks for the Wireless key passcode it fails every time, despite me typing it in several times and is the correct key.

Any ideas at all ??
 
its set to WPA n WPA2 which is the same as on the router. Router is configured to accept new connections.

I put the passcode in, and all it does is spin round for 2 mins before displaying the password screen again
