installed win7 (bootcamp) but stuck booting up to win7

hi

I installed win7 via bootcamp, now I have dual boot between osx and win7 but the default boot up to win7. I have to press ALT button to get the boot menu to go to osx.

I want to change the default boot to osx. how can I do that?
