Installed windows to many times

I got a error similar to this on installing windows,ive had to install windows a lot in the past few days as iam having problems which i think is due to the ram but i want to be sure before sending it back to OC.
I had to phone and get a new code,is there any way of installing windows in the future without having to phone for a new code all the time.

Make an image of a fresh validated install using Ghost or Acronis.

How, exactly? Microsoft still let you register it, you just have to pick up a phone.

I fail to see the problem.
Ok, it's a minor inconvenience, but that's at worst.

Your OS can run for 30 days before you need to activate it.
Why activate it before you're sure your installation is working?

Whenever I've installed/reinstalled WinXP (very few times) I've always run it for 21 daysbefore activating it - plenty of time to make sure it's working OK.

I uinderstand your argument but its not the point,you can install games over and over so what difference does it make if windows is the same.
At the end of the day the registration checks your Key against there records so they know its genuine.
