every time i want to install a new program i have to put msi on through thjat dial-a-fix download,
because if i don't do it it will just come up with a microsoft installer service not found error.
everytime i reboot i will have to run the dial-a-fix program so i can install programs as it seems to rest every start up

so how can i solve the issue? anything to download that will permanantly solve my problem or is there anything that i can cahnge in regedit?
