Sorry if this appears to be a silly question but when installing a second card is it just a case of fitting the card, installing the bridge cable and connecting to the monitor with a single cable.

I am thinking of fitting a second card the same as the first card to improve performance now that I have a 2560x1400 monitor and how does one update the drivers when 2 cards are fitted.

My current GPU is the "MSI GeForce GTX 670 OC Twin Frozr Power Edition 2048MB GDDR5 PCI-Express Graphics Card"

Cheers

Correct. Then all you have to do is enable SLI in Nvidia Control panel. No special way on installing drivers. Just install the the drivers for 670 and off you go.

Thanks for the info, I will pick one up next week.

I have noticed on my current card there are 2 bridge connectors and I only have a cable which will connect to one connector so which one should be used or do I need more cabling?

I have just found a solid board type 3-way SLI connector, would I be correct in thinking that this can be used for connecting 2 cards or is there some crossover connections in the 3-way board?

Cheers
