Hi all,
I've recently upgraded my 8800GT to a 6850, which is great
However, with the 8800GT running around doing nothing, I thought I'd whack it back in the computer, and see what this PhysX thing is all about, given that I've got a couple of games which support it (Batman: AA, and Metro 2033)
I'm well aware of the "discussions" that go on with regards to PhysX, and, I don't care whether people think it's not worth it, and I would appreciate it if this thread can stay purely factual.
I want to try PhysX, and whilst I've got some spare time, and a spare 8800GT I can dedicate to it, I'm going to do it!
Anyway - onto the crux of my question...
I read something a while back about you not being able to run an ATI card as the main card, and an nVidia card for PhysX, as the drivers detected this and disabled something?
Is this still the case, and if so, what steps would I need to take in order to get around this.
My Operating System is Windows 7, 64-bit.
