Installing a Northbridge cooler

I've just brought zalman northbridge cooler :-

What's the best way to remove the fan cooler already on my motherboard because it's one of those that are cliped on permanantly and not designed to be removed.

incidently cob, looking at that pic of the motherboard do you think this cpu cooler could cause problems for the zalman northbridge?
