Installing a second M2 SSD for my games

I've currently got 512GB WD Black™ M.2 NVMe PCIe SSD installed on my motherboard. Which is a ROG Strix Z390-E Gaming.

I want more space for my games and also have fast loading times, so was looking at adding a second M2 SSD but I'm not 100% sure which type I need to get.

My current SSD is installed in the following slot according to my manual:

1 x M.2 Socket 3 with M Key, type 2242/2260/2280/22110 storage devices support (PCie 3.0 x 4 mode)

My free slot is:

1 x M2. Socket 3 with M Key, type 2242/2260/2280 storage devices support (both Sata & PCie 3.0 x 4 mode)

Let me know if you need more information on my build, would appreciate some guidance on what sort of M2s to look at - don't want to waste money on something that's not compatible.

(lol delete some unused games then)
- definitely an easier solution! But after 15 years of building a library and the fact that most of the latest games require a stupid amount of space...I'm feeling the need for more storage.

This is all useful to know, I've read through that previous thread as well, thanks for your advice.
