lol dude...if source games are all you play, you could have just spend £25-£40 on a 2nd hand 8800GT or 5770, or £50 on a new 6670 and it'd already job doneI will have to in the future! For now though it seems the only really graphics intensive game is TF2, which today I have maxed out on everything

Then the more reason you should overclock your CPU. The two games you mentioned are quite hard on the CPU. BF3 single player is not too CPU intensive, but for multiplayer 32 or 64 players map it work the CPU like a horse, and you might struggle to get decent minimum frame rate.Going to have to buy skyrim and BF3 now too me thinks
