Installing an OS while in Windows

Is it possible to install windows onto a separate hdd while in windows?

You can start it, but the process is run from the bespoke setup, cannot be completed from start to finish.

Indeed. Unless you run it in a VM.

You can install Linux onto a separate HDD or even the same HDD whilst in Windows.
