Installing BF2 vanilla

Right i bought the game at release played for a month and got sick of it.

Im going to give it another try.

Which of these patches do i need from the above URL ( is it the top 400+mb one) All i have is the original DVD.

Will my soldier/account still be there do you think lol

You want the 1.3 full install I guess.

you want the biggest patch, it should contain all the previous fixes and incremental patches.

also your account should also still be there

Just download the v1.3 full install, it'll be fine. Your account will also still be available for you.

Yeah your account will still be there, I stopped playing for about 6 months and was able to recover my old account no problems

I usually get good speeds from EA Downloader why not try that

I tried logging into it.

Recovered old password and i got my ancient Ultima online user and pass. lol

so tried usign that and told me to naff off.

Tried creating a new account and got told to naff off too.
