installing Bioshock

have disabled firewall and av but when installing all i get is this

'The wizard failed to download the Bioshock patch'


how do i get round this?

please help

Got exactly the same problem mate or did have. Try booting into safe mode with networking and then install as normal. Safe mode will disable sevices like AVG etc and take the headache away.

forgot to update.

uninstalled avg then installed game fine
