Just got the new PC up and running , with new everything ... was wondering if I should install motherboard software to windows ? And if it will be any benefit installing mouse software , software for my wifi adaptor (even though they all seem to be working fine ) etc?

Motherboard and wifi drivers, yes, mouse, probably not unless its got programmable buttons or it's not functioning how you would expect.
Get the latest drivers from the website, not from any driver CD as they're likely out of date.
