Installing my W/C setup

Im doing it as we speak. My mobo cpu fan 3 pin connection, do I need to sonnect anything to it? Im running a Zalman fan controller with yate loons on rad. Do I need to make a connection onto this to make the pc fire up?

Nope, some mobos require you just to disable it in bios though else it will popup on each startup

Not sure, will probably pop up an error on POST like "CPU fan error" press F1 to resume or something like that, then its under monitor or something like that, should be under same are as temperature displays where it shows the rpm's of fans you can also set disable for the fans.
