installing new drivers, would you scrub the cab ?

ive got omega 6.3 in at the moment and its quite frankly, poor. so im going to try the 6.1 drivers then 6.2 and 6.3 and see which is best. would you use driver cleaner on each or would you just uninstall, reboot and reinstall. thanks. :)
