Hi everyone,

Just ordered myself a 980ti to replace my original Titan, which came in a prebuilt machine I bought a couple of years ago.

Is there a "right way" to do a GPU upgrade on Windows 7? Best to uninstall drivers first, don't uninstall drivers first etc etc?

Any advice and tips would be most welcome.

All the best,

Moley

As you're still using Nvidia you can just drop the new card in and update the drivers if you're not already on the latest version.

As you are going Nvidia to Nvidia, just unplug the Titan and plug in the 980Ti. If you do come across issues, just reinstall the drivers cleanly.
