Installing new, GPU, motherboard, CPU. Install windows again?

Is it best to install a fresh copy of windows? Or just all the main drivers?

I'd always start fresh, removes the chance of any old issues.

I swapped from z77 to x99 and was suprised that windows 10 was perfectly happy with the swap. It found and installed all the new drivers for me.

Still fresh installed anyway cause I am super anal.

I have gone from a AMD cpu, mobo and ram to a intel cpu mobo and ram with no issues at all but as other said a clean install is always nice to go with the new hardware
