Installing Nivo Slider into My webpage

Hi guys, Can anyone help me Im looking to install this slider onto a webpage Im designing but I've never used a Jquery before I've heard about it so I thought it was about time I dropped flash and got into using Java.
Well I've downloaded the files opened it and not quite sure where to start Done a google and youtube search for a how to install nivo slider but it comes up with nothing, unless your installing it into wordpress.

So what im looking for someone who is willing to help me get this installed, im not looking for someone to do this for me Im not being lazy here just after someone willing to help a jquery noob setup and customize the slider to suit the page I'm creating.

I could supply whoever helps some beer tokens if that helps
