My dad has an ancient pc (with some legacy software on it. Cant be upgraded or virtualized). The office 365 on it has somehow got corrupted. As Win 7 is end of life, the download for office 365 wont run on this version of windows anymore. After some googling the suggestion is that the last supported 365 distro is Version 2002. and the only way to download it is to run an xml script along side the setup.exe from the Office deployment kit. I have tried this and setup.exe just crashes everytime with "Microsoft Office has stopped working" I tried it also on a clean win 7 VM and it still crashes.
Anyone know is its still possible to install office 365 on windows 7 32 bit
