edit: no matter now, i just re-installed XP for them as most of their games are for XP
i am trying to install 'Contract Jack' for the kids but when i try to run the game i keep getting an error stating that i need DierectX8.1 installed and that i need a 'Hardware T&L g/card installed.
shuttle spec:
Vista 32bit
XP2400
1 gig ram
X1650pro
DirectX 9c
recommended spec for game:
1Ghz cpu
256mb ram
64mb Hardware T&L g/card
directX 8.1
have tried running in XP & 2000 compatible modes but still same problem
is there anyway i can stop it asking to install 8.1?
