installing rome total war problem

about 4 weeks ago i uninstalled RTW but i didnt let it finish and restarted the pc. I checked the control panel and and remove software and its gone so i thought good. About a week later i ordered RTW eras and i tried to install rtw gold edition and it told me i got an older version still installed but i can find it anywhere, what am i to do :confused:

does it give you the option to uninstal the old version and instal the new?

Try digging deap wioth something like Reg Seeker. That will kill it

use the 'search' command to look for any remains of the RTW program but chances are that its buried deeper. use a registary cleener to have a look but be very carefull to only delete entry's from RTW
