Installing sugar on a stick to HDD

Hi

I've put sugar on a stick on a bootable usb, tested it out on a netbook (Acer One) and it's just what I wanted (doing this for my friend's young daughter).

I can't find away to actually install the OS rather than running it as a live cd (on the bootable usb).

Please can someone help?
