Hi all
I have an ageing Dell Lattitude LS. It did have XP on there, running stripped down it was fine for RDP and ECU work on my car. That install is damaged, and won't get beyond the login screen now.
Instead of repairing it, i thought i'd give ubuntu a go on there. BUT the laptop cannot boot from USB, has no optical drive or FDD.
Whats the best way of getting ubuntu on there, i've got a laptop hdd reader so can easily pull the drive and set the drive up before putting it back in - but not too sure what to do with it.
