I've been bought the business version of Vista by my work to use at home, purely to get use to it and see if I can break it before we start trying to use it there.
Problem is I had simply installing one version of windows over another, is it possible to wipe the HDD and install the upgrade cleanly?
I've never trusted upgrading windows over another version, there's always lots of rubbish left over and applications etc that need reinstalled anyway.
Any advice? It's currently running Windows XP Pro.
