I am thinking of changing my current case to a Thermaltake Armor VA8000BWS and installing water cooling. Could anyone who has done this, tell me what radiator you used and where you put it?

At the moment I am only cooling the CPU and board using 1/2 inch Danger Den blocks, Black Ice GT Stealth120 radiator, Aqua Res and aDDC-1Plus pump. I was planning on swapping the res over to a bay res and maybe adding a water block to my graphics card at a later date, so will be swapping my rad over to something a bit larger. Any help or advise would be greatly appreciated.

it really depends on what fans your running but just volt them down to 7v and they should be fine noise wise

As standard the Armor takes 2x120 and 2x92mm

To be honest, in my armor, I found W/C an almost waste of time... I clock but not extreme mind you so, who knows what you get up to?

My x2 4400 has gone to 2.8 on air in this case and never went over 50c at any time... Artic64 / Akasa 120mm fans, that said, I have the original fans in there now and I am running a reasonable 2.5Ghz and hovering at 36c idle, 42c loaded.

Anyway, my WC Kit has broken its 754/939 lugs, so its stuck on SocketA only now, I mounted it at the rear, outside the case. They will both go in just fine actually, but the way I have bent the pipes from the RAD, they seem like they will snap, and so as they are now, they are ok, but will go into the AGP Card, so external it was.

Front? - The drive bays will get in the way wont they?

Anyway, I have my Drive bays filled up and I really need that 120mm blowing what it can over the HDs there.
