installing win7 issues

When I try to install win7 it will go as if to start saying loading files and the white bar, but once its got to end will just restart.

I have connected the drive to an old pc and instaled through that when I put the drive back into new pc it does not detect anyting and goes in circles of trying to load operating system then restart again in circles.

any ideas?

try formatting the hdd to ntfs in your working pc,then swap and install windows in new pc

set first boot device as dvd first,then hdd second in bios
