installing windows 10

if i was to install a clean version of windows 10 via OEM, do i just have to put it into the writer and it automatically does it itself?

Download the tool from here: https://www.microsoft.com/en-gb/software-download/windows10

Then use that to download the latest Windows 10 ISO. Windows 7 and above should have a built in ISO burner, so when you right click the ISO file, there should be an option to burn to disk. Make sure you're using a blank DVD.

Once that's been burnt restart the PC and depending on the motherboard there should be a hotkey to enter the boot manager, as you'll need to pick the disk to boot from. If not, boot into BIOS and change the boot order to boot from the disk reader first. When it boots into disk go through the steps and select custom installation, this will allow you to do a clean Windows install.
