Yes, then boot to it.
Make sure you have the correct edition and architecture.
It is an ISO so you need to burn it to DVD, use something like IMGburn which is free just Google it

Yeah it should dojust make sure that your BIOS is set to boot from the CD/DVD drive first before any other device and it will/should prompt you to press any key to boot from cd.
