I downloaded Windows 7 build 7048 x64 and it was a folder with all the files in, I used ImgBurn to build and burn an Image of it onto a DVD. The DVD now works in windows and would let me run the set-up from it but I want to format my drive and do a fresh install but if I set my bios to boot from CD it checks the disc and just boot windows, I don't get the option to boot from CD.

What am I doing wrong?

I got it to boot, it was me being stupid.

It went through the whole install then looked like it was about to load windows but all I got was a black screen with white writing in the bottom right saying Windows 7 for testing purposes only... and it just seems to hang there.

Anyone else had this?

Looks like I'm going back to Vista. I tried it twice and both times was the same.
