installing windows on a new pc?

As some of you no im going to get a new PC very soon, I no which pc im getting but just want ask a question. Im getting a new pc and want everything new on it even windows 7. I already have windows 7 pro retail version. I no how to clean install windows and put the updates on. But what would you reccomend buy windows 7 again so its fully new and not been used be for or use the one you have now?. The big thing is that it is windows 7 pro and i save the minimum of £66.66p.

sorry. What i mean is is it best buying all new for a new pc even windows 7 then i know everything is new even though i do have windows 7 pro retail already. It just that i want everything new so i no its working in perfect condition. Also if i choose to have windows 7 included when i do buy the pc will it be already installed onto the pc or would i have to do it.?.
