Hi. When installing windows 10 via usb stick, you get two options to boot from, UEFI and non-UEFI. What is the difference between the two?

BIOS information is stored in the MBR, whilst the UEFI uses the GUID partition table, GPT. Really comes down to how much system information can be stored.
It is important to install Windows 10 using the UEFI option, if your motherboard supports it
