Installing windows without FDD on SATA RAID

I am trying to re-install my rig with xp pro onto a RAID 0 SATA setup but do have a floppy disk drive, I know there is a way to install these onto the original windows disks so i do not need a floppy drive, Does anyone know how to do this?

Also when it is done do i still have to press F6 at the beginning of install?

Youll need the drivers, i think you can put them on a CD or integrate them with the CD using somthing like nLite....
