Installing XP from a pen drive help.

Hello all,

Was wondering if somone could point me in the direction of a step by step guide (or even provide one) for installing XP from a USB pen drive as my google skills have failed me.

Get a pendrive. 4GB + should be safe. Erm, I think extract all of the XP .ISO onto it. And possibly good to go? Didn't know you could with XP anyway..?

I did try a few variations on the theme but couldn't find much that was useful and kept getting bogged down with all the extra links I had to follow.

Generally my google skills are quite good but they just failed me this time around.
